Meaning: The sword

Like the meaning, sword, this sake is very sharp. One of the sake that I may recall all the time. A little hard to find this sake.

Taste

Fragrant fruity aroma at the beginning. Elegant. Hint of pears, peaches and melon at the beginning. Sharp and crispy texture. Little medium dry and full body. A touch of marshmallow creaminess. People love the finish, so beautiful sharp and long ending.

The best temperature

Chilled and room temperature. Little chilled is preferable.

Food pairing

Chedar Cheese or other sharp cheese. Gyoza, yakitori. Carpaccio or tartar. Light pizza.
