One sparkling sake that light, dry, refreshing. Might be a Champagne replacement. Using minimally filtered method to maintain its round. For the price, this sake is more than what we expected.

Taste

Sweet and fruity nose. Dry, but light is the first sip. Crisp and effervescent. It is refreshing, a hint of sweetness with citrus accent and quite complex after. A touch of nigori (unfiltered) texture. Punctuate balance between the fruity and tangy will be tasted as next layer. Bubbly is easy to drink. Mellow after taste.

The best temperature

Chilled only.

Food pairing

As aperitif. Tempura, fried tofu. Miso black cod.

About the brewer

Dewazakura Brewery

Perfect Glass

Champagne glass will be perfect.

Garnish

Lemon twist or sliced cucumber.
