Some soft citrus and soft ripe fruits will appeared in your nose. Crispy with pear nuances at the first ship. Lychee and other fruit tones will pass, continue with some cantaloupe, citrus and papaya hint. Some creamy aftertaste and very smooth will end. Full bodied. Chilled. Not too cold.
Any sushi-sashimi. Light pasta, salad, light pizza. Fruit parfaits, not too sweet dessert may worked. Medium cheese. Not too saucy food. Avoid: Chinese food, Indian food - any food with strong taste. People love this sake pairing with something smoky barbeque or smoke salmon also.
About the brewer
Pinot Noir or Burgundy sake glass is perfect or cold sake glass is also good. Masu box is acceptable.
