Masterpiece and unique bottle. Hope the inside much better than this. There are few editions available on the market. The oldest one is brewed in Oregon. Recently, it typed on the bottle that this sake brewed in Nara, Japan.
Floral, fragrant perfumed. Very delicate, pear and lychee notes. Some fruity and spice hint after. Simple sake, less complex. Short finish.
The best temperature
Cold. Not freezing. Chilled also good.
Something simple fish for sushi: salmon, crab stick, light white fish. Avocado salad. Kani salad. Light sauce hot dog. Nacho or chips.
