Wow design of the bottle. Fine taste, but it is good for beginner sake drinker. Some people will argue that you are buying the bottle. From the Tyku series, many people agree this is the best one compare to Junmai Daiginjo (black).

Fresh and fruity notes. Some floral may appear in the beginning. Slightly sweet and subtle pear notes. Rich and soft. Silky but less smooth. The texture is very simple. Medium dry. The finish is very short.

The best temperature

Cold. Not freezing. Chilled also good.

Food pairing

Chips, taco. Teriyaki, yakitori. Something grilled food.
