What you expect
Clean is the first word you may said. Simple, not too much decoration. Not so romantic, but so Japanese.
Great selection with good sake menu. Missing SMV (sake meter value), but the menu is written well. 3oz to bottle are available. The sake collections is wide, good for beginner or moderate expert. But they don't sell very expensive sake.
Not fancy, not family style. Just a plain Japanese restaurant atmosphere. One of the best sushi restaurant by Michelin guide, opentable and few awards, it makes this restaurant a great place to visit.
Mr. Sander, the general manager has good knowledge of the sake. Yoshi-san, the owner, is the real sake sommelier in this restaurant. But, you may not need one of them because the sake menu is written good enough detail.
Order 3oz, if you like it, than order 6 oz or go a head with bottle. Never order straight to bottle except you know the sake.
