Sho Chiku Bai Nigori Creme de sake

Made in USA, Berkeley. It is under Takara Sake USA. It is surprising flavor. Milky, creamy, milk drinking like. It might be the creamiest Nigori sake ever. There are two different nigori sake that Sho Chiku Bai has, please see the picture in the right side for the sake that we refer to.
Start with coconut aroma. Mint hint aroma may appeared refreshing. The texture is a big point; milky, super creamy, thick as drinking the coconut milk. Lightly filtered is the reason why this sake so thick. Smooth, but not complex as the vendor mentioned. Opposite, this sake is pretty simple flavor. Hint of coconut, maybe peach and a little spice-mint. Hint of tangy and short finish will be at the end. Easy to drink and great for beginner.
The best temperature
Cold. Not freezing. Chilled also good. Not like other Nigori sake, the best way to drink this sake straight (not on the rock) to enjoy the milky texture. But if you prefer to drink on the rock, is just ok.
Spicy peanut is the best pairing. Spicy food as kimchi and spicy BBQ. Spicy carpacio.

Finish it whole bottle, do not store it. Shake every time before you pour. This sake easy to separate between the rice.
