Rare sake. Light, but balance. Limited available on the market. Good to try.

Taste

Very aromatic fragrant. Very well balance between sweetness, dryness and texture. Rice base sweetness note will appear after the sip. No other fruit flavor will be notice even though it is kind of fruity flavor sake. The sweetness will stay as the after taste.

Cold or chilled.
