One of the aged sake that brewed in Oregon, United States. A handraft with blended three superior sake. Aged for 10 months. Only 2000 cases produced annually.
Middle rich and full fruity nose with a rich spice hint. Creamy layers of ripe melon leavors, hint of a pear and plum followed by very long lingering tropical spice finish. Extra bold, clean, but depth. Apple and raisin taste hint may appeared. Some people may find peppery, radish and onion skin fade as finish.
The best temperature
Chilled or warm. Not recommended for room temperature.
Ribs, Chipotle ribs. BBQ, burger. Tempura. Lamb chop, grilled artichoke. Rich cheese, chedar, goat cheese. Chilly. Italian pasta. Steak.
