If you try to find it in sake seller, you won't skip it because of unique bottle. Good for gift, pricey for regular drink but worth to try.
Very fruity fragrant. Layered fragrance that you may find melons, apple, pears or loquats as well. Ship a little, some layer bamboo - peppery will hit on after. Another hit of sweetness, maybe you will taste again many Asian flavor on the next layer. Some people taste marshmallows or pears after. The sweetness and little dry after taste is shortly finish. Sharp, layer, deep and complex.
The best temperature
Chilled or cold. Both are good, however, do not serve it too cold.
Some light appetizer, edamame or some sashimi. White fish carpacio or sashimi are good too. If you eat with sushi/sashimi; less wasabi - yellow tail, fluke, white fish, avoid mackerel, avoid tuna, avoid salmon.
