Taste

Sweetness perfume in the nose. Melow and great touching in the first sip. It continues with full bodied, ricey, and bold rice flavor. Smooth and long finish. A hint of bitter rice. Medium dry to robust flavor.

The best temperature

Chilled, room temperature or or slightly warm. However, we prefer chilled or room temperature.

Food pairing

Heavy and saucy food such as teriyaki, buffalo wings, and BBQ.

About the brewer

Tenzan sake brewery

Perfect Glass

Pinot noir glass is perfect to "exploit" the aroma. However, a regular sake glass is good enough.
