Meaning:

One of the most popular sake in Japan to toast or celebrate an event. Very limited because limited raw material and time consuming.

Taste

It is very complex. Very clear sake (water like color). It has fruity banana, pears, apricot and vanilla aroma. Velvety bold and rich in the first ship. It continues with semi-sweet to balance in another layer. Than, the full bodied and long finish after all. Some people debate this sake has a almonds, nuts and grape hint. Lingers in mouth for sure. Extravagant with elegant fruity.

The best temperature

Chilled or cold. Both are good, however, do not serve it too cold.

Food pairing

Aperitif or enjoy it alone. Toro and fatty yellow tail sashimi. Sweet food such as teriyaki and eel.
