Meaning: Pliant moon

Good sake. Similar like her sister, Gasanryu Gokugetsu, this is must try sake. Chic blue bottle sake, easy to drink for anyone, including newbie.

Taste

Strong rice fragrant, clean, dainty, sleek with bright. Fruity fragrant and mild entry. Slightly melon taste may appear. Medium dry.

Cold. Not freezing. Chilled also good.

Food pairing

Mexican food, spicy food. Tofu, fried tofu. Either American food or European food are good with this. Peppery grilled chicken. Taco.
