Fruity and sweet-floral nose. You may taste it as a very thick water (agar) with extremely soft rice taste. Green apple, pineapple and citrus will come slowly. The layer of yuzu and creamy arrive in the last. The sweetness and very long finish come after everything. Semi dry, rich, full body and very aromatic. You will taste the longest complex flavor in one sip.
The best temperature
Drinking alone is definitely recommended because the quality of this sake. However, eating something light as sashimi or meat with citrus flavor or even truffle or duck will compliment this sake taste.
