Light, clear. Elegant aroma, slightly sweet at the beginning or the end. Some fruity honeydew may be tasted. Short sweetness ending.

Chilled or room temperature. 75F to 45F is the best temperature.

Food pairing

Light cheese, white fish usuzukuri, grilled chicken salad. Caesar salad with light dressing. Chips and light taste snack. White fish sashimi or sushi. Yellow tail. Edamame or french fries without salt.
